Thank You for choosing our offer and we wish You a pleasant stay. We share free Wi-Fi. For the sake of a successful rest of You and other guests, please read the few rules that apply to our facility.





Regulations are available for inspection at the reception, every room and at The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying on the premises of the Guesthouse and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a registration card, as well as by making a reservation or payment of the advance payment or the entire payment for staying at the Hotel. Making the above activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.


The hotel day


The hotel day starts at 3 PM and ends at 10 AM the following day.



Extension of stay


If the Guest wants to stay longer, he/she should report it to the Reception till 10.00 AM on the day on which the staying period passes. The Guesthouse undertakes to complete the application within available rooms


Payment for stay


The price for room renting is taken in advance for the whole stay and remains the same, even if Guest leaves sooner for reasons beyond our control.




Curfew is from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM in the Guesthouse. In the event of interference, the Hotel has the right to intervene, or even refuse to provide services.




Guesthouse provides free, unguarded parking. The Guesthouse do not take responsibility for the cars and items left inside them.




Breakfasts are served between 8.00-11.00 AM, other meals as agreed. It is forbidden to carry food out of the dining room. We provide guests with a kitchenette on the 1st floor to prepare and consume small meals.



The Rooms, Cleanliness and the Private Sphere


When we give you the room key, you are the hosts of this place. By our behavior we do not disrupt the stay of other guests. The owner of the facility may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule. Visits of people from outside the Guesthouse are possible after prior notification at the reception and only until 10PM



Fire Safety


The property, including rooms, is completely non-smoking except for designated balconies. The Guesthouse is equipped with smoke detectors and is monitored 24/7. Any unjustified activation of a fire alarm will involve additional costs. Please also do not use the irons, heaters and other similar devices in the rooms. The use of the above devices takes place in designated places.



The Safety of The Youngest


For the sake of the safety of our youngest guests, we kindly ask that children under 12 stay at the property under the constant care of their legal guardians. Carers watch over the safety of children also in the Playroom, which is on the 2nd floor.



The Guests Responsibility


The Hotel Guest shall be responsible for material damage and destruction of equipment and technical devices of the Guesthouse, resulting from his/her fault or due to his/her visitors. The Guesthouse has the right to claim compensation in relation to the damages arising within the Hotel. The Room Key loss costs 50 ZŁ.



The Guesthouse Responsibility


The Guesthouse responsibility for loss or damage of items brought by the Guest shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, Articles 846-849. The Guesthouse may refuse to accept to deposit money, securities and valuable items if they threaten safety or their value is too high in relation to the Guesthouse standard, and take up too much space as well.



Returning of left items


The Guesthouse undertakes to store the items left by the Guests for 3 months. In the event of receiving a command, the aforementioned items shall be returned by the Polish Post Office or by the courier service to the address indicated by the Guest, at his/her own expense.





In the case of cancellation by the Guests of the reservation for reasons beyond our control, the down payment is not refundable. If you have any questions, please contact the reception or contact via the website
